Pan-seared chicken breasts simmered in a creamy & savory white-wine sauce made with cream, bacon, mushrooms, & garlic. Served over angel hair pasta tossed in olive oil, butter, and parmesan cheese.
Grilled BBQ Chicken & Cowboy Baked Beans ($10-45)
Moist & juicy chicken is grilled to perfection and slathered in smoky tangy BBQ sauce. Served with amped up baked beans packed with flavor from ground beef, bacon, brown sugar, mustard, BBQ sauce, vinegar, onions, garlic, and bell peppers.
Potato Salad ($3 per serving)
Yukon gold potatoes, chopped boiled eggs, dill relish, mayo, mustard, S/P, dill, & paprika,
Italian Grinder Pasta Salad ($5 per serving)
Salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone & parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese curds, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, lettuce, & red onion are chopped & mixed with rotini pasta & the incredible Grinder sauce (mayo, garlic, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini peppers & juice, red pepper flakes, S&P, & Italian herbs).
Italian Grinder Sub Sandwich ($6 each)
A freshly baked "hoagie" bun from the bakery is piled high with Provolone cheese & thinly sliced black forest ham, pepperoni, Sopprasetta, & Genoa salami. The "star of the show" is the Grinder sauce (Mayo, Red Wine Vinegar, Italian herbs, pepperoncini peppers/juice, garlic paste, red chili flakes, & S/P). All of this is topped with sliced tomato & red onion, shredded Iceberg lettuce, & a pepperoncini pepper. Served with a bag of Lay's Potato Chips.
